One characteristic that all creative thinkers and entrepreneurs
share with each other is that they embrace the unknown.
I had the fortunate ability to participate in a mastermind group
Platinum and one of the members on there was Rick Raddatz. He
shared something with us that really hit home to this point.
Rick if you don’t know came up with Audio Generator, located at
audiogenerator.com with Alex Mandossian and Armand Morin. The
service allows you to put your voice up anywhere over the web.
People call into a number using the telephone and the file is
immediately recorded and ready to be put on your website.
He said when he first had the idea for Audio Generator, it was
actually a completely different service. It was actually to help
married couples. When he presented the idea and was talking to
and got the advice from Dan Kennedy, Dan said to him, “It’s not as
profitable in the mode that you’re trying to use it.”
When Rick was faced with the decision of whether he keeps
pursuing that concept or try something completely new, he was at
a crossroads, and he decided to try to use Audio Generator as a
marketing tool versus a tool to help married couples.
He was going in to the unknown. He had no idea whether it would
be successful. He had no idea how to market it to that kind of
industry. He was going where he had never gone before, but he
embraced that. That was the exciting part of it all.
Remember, when we’re choosing between mediocrity and
unlimited potential for your success, the difference boils down to
doing what’s comfortable and doing what’s risky.
What are you going to do? Are you going to settle for the
comfortable or are you going to try to take a chance and go where
no one has gone before and embrace the unknown?
The difference between creative thinkers and the rest of the world
is that creative thinkers are not afraid to explore the unknown.
The people who discover new countries or new product ideas or
new businesses or try completely different markets with an
existing product or service, are the ones who decide that they
want to explore uncharted territory.
The people who invent new technology are the ones who believe
that a better solution is out there.
You see, creative thinkers have this confidence, this quiet
confidence in their abilities to generate ideas, no matter what
problems or obstacles they face.
They don’t fear failure, but they still fear it a little bit. The reason
they don’t fear failure as much is because they have the
confidence in their ability to generate solutions for whatever
problems come in front of them.
That quiet confidence enables them to tackle all kinds of new
opportunities, to go in to new territories, to develop products that
have never been developed before, because they don’t worry
about what could happen, their focus is on the potential of what
could be.
I want you to imagine yourself standing in front of two doors.
Behind the first door is the road well traveled. It’s well groomed,
there’s lots of sign posts, there’s not many twists and turns, and
you’re pretty much guaranteed an easy journey. But you already
know where this road is going to take you, and the destination
that you’re looking for is not too exciting.
What about door number two? What’s behind it is limited only by
the reach of your imagination. If you choose to take this path, you
can expect it to be wild and completely unpaved. You’ve got to be
a true trailblazer, swinging your machete through the branches.
But in return, you’re going to go down in history as the one who
created the road instead of just following it.
People say that instead of standing idly by and watching others
pass before you, you made things happen. For you, for your
business, for your family, and for your future.
Behind door number two is your reputation as a calculated risk
taker; a person of great courage, someone who gives a lot in
order to get a lot. Door number two is your gateway to your
boundless success.
Which door will you open?

Companies Need Your Opinion Through Online Surveys
Online surveys are powerful tools used to gather information on industry trends, market segments, and used to analyze market developments. Through online surveys, you can determine who your real competitors and prospective customers are while obtaining supporting data for your next strategic move. Online surveys are as much about "education" and "communication" as they are about "collecting data", so it is important to keep this in mind particularly if this approach is new to you. A key benefit of online surveys is they provide respondents with a simple and efficient way to answer questions in an unobtrusive environment. They are an effective means of integrating potential buyers into the product development process at an early stage. Multi-media questions make it possible to rate different versions of CD covers , the compilation of albums, and the best sequence of songs by playing extracts of music.
Paid surveys have many advantages and they allow freedom to direct your own schedule and workload, customized for your lifestyle. Furthermore, expressing exactly how you feel about a given topic or product is fun and empowering! They are carried by Market Research Companies - companies before launching any product or service would like to understand the market trends and the likes and dislikes of the consumers. These companies send their requirements to the market research companies who hire people to participate in the surveys, these are also known as survey companies. Paid surveys help companies develop their products and services, while you get paid. Survey companies reward you for sharing your opinion, while you only need to subscribe for their sites and take the surveys they offer.
Market research surveys are not new. The practice started as early as the 1940s, but as you can imagine, the traditional methods were slow and expensive, even as the industry evolved. Marketing research companies will pay you $3, $5 and some even $25 or $50 to take their surveys.
Online surveys are an easy way to collect data from respondents, and open up for easy data analysis. Many people, however, find the prospect of creating an online survey themselves daunting, but there are alternatives. Online surveys are conducted to find out the characteristics, behaviors, opinions, and knowledge of a particular population. No matter what the subject matter, all surveys are conducted with an objective, to gather information relevant to a specific problem or situation. They are often criticised for being wide-of-the-mark in terms of sampling of the interviewees. As a matter of fact, even that is false since no sampling at all is possible on the web.
Companies do this to weed out the serious takers from the unreliable ones. Once you do a few of these you get promoted to surveys that pay more. Companies are paying billions dollars to market research firms to conduct online surveys. Then, those market research firms pay money to anyone that fills out their surveys online. Companies have come to realize that their competitiveness hangs on the expedience to gather consumer opinion, and be able to analyze it in order to reflect consumer wishes in the future functionalities of certain products and services.
Are you looking for surveys for cash? You can get paid for surveys. Easy customer service surveys. Get paid for your opinion now! http://www.SurveysEasy.info

Compute Your True Profit
Every businessman is constantly looking forward for a profit. They are carefully avoiding their business costs and expenses to exceed their revenues. In finance, profit is what we get after deducting our sales or revenue with our costs and expenses. Sometimes business owners even go beyond ethical grounds just to avoid losses and stay in profit. They do this on many ways. An example of this is by maximizing their revenues by setting unreasonably high product and service prices. Some businessmen manufacture or provide low quality products and services just to lessen their costs. And when it comes to dropping expenses, they commit tax evasions, pay unjustly salaries and benefits to employees, escape environmental preservation expenses, and other unethical and unfair business practices.
Computing profit is one thing that every business owner wants to learn. To know this is to learn some basic accounting. So how do we compute profit? Basic accounting states that profit is equal to revenues less your cost and expenses. For a manufacturing and merchandising firm, net profit is equal to sales less cost of goods sold and expenses. For a service firm, it is equal to sales less cost of services and expenses. Common business expenses include administrative salaries and benefits, provisions, marketing expenses, taxes and licenses, insurance, power and communication, supplies, repairs and maintenance and others. Taxes and licenses are considered government expenses. In a set of financial statements, you will find the computation of your business net profit or net loss in the statement of income or loss. Statement of income is also known as statement of operation.
Business profit is a reward of doing good in business. It is a prize obtained by a good businessman. But why do bad businessmen still getting this reward of profit? Why do their independently and professionally audited and accounted income statements still show profits? Are we having a wrong maxim or a wrong computation? Good businessmen indeed get business reward. Our accounting is not really wrong but only lacking some important factors that need to be accounted. Everything that relates business should be accounted to come out with the true profit.
Let’s go back to the basic equation, net profit is equal to revenues less costs and expenses. Revenues are your total earned sales of products or services. It should also consist of other revenues like interests, income from rents, investments and others. Moreover, it should also include recognizable goodwill like environment protection, charity, full taxes remittance, providing qualitative products and services, satisfaction of clients and customers, high and favorable compensation to laborers and employees, and others. These gains though difficult to monetize are not impossible to estimate in order to be accounted in our statement of net profit or loss.
Costs and expenses, as discussed earlier include cost of products and services and expenses of being in business. Expenses should also include recognizable bad deeds like damaging the environment, tax evasion, providing low quality products and services, customers’ negative claims, absence of honesty and integrity, unfair payment of remunerations to employees, and others. All these factors are business related and therefore should be accounted and recognized in computing true profit. Hence, our accounting standard regulators and bodies should start setting standards that will truly and deeply account business profit. So that, readers of profit statements and all other financial statements will finally be able to know if a certain business or company is doing good or not.

The restaurant and bar’s name too is spread via word of mouth in the form of suggestions to friends and associates.
Mugs and coasters are the second best pick as promotional gifts for restaurants and bars. As they share an association with drinking tea, coffee, juice and other soft drinks, mugs and coasters will again enhance brand recall. They are regular use items in domestic as well as commercial set ups. Their frequency of usage also speaks for their ability to increase brand visibility. Thus, mugs and coasters are used for far-reaching and intense impact on the targeted audience group.

Prefer Multi-Purpose Promotional Products
Use of promotional products for brand advertisement has become a regular phenomenon. Every business organisation is taking resort to promotional products for promoting their company name as well as the products and services offered by them. At this juncture, plain promotional items seem to loose their effect. Their impact to create brand impression dilutes at some point. Now the question that surfaces is how the promotional items can be manoeuvred to revitalise the edge of creating impression? It can be surely done by adding more structural advantages to the promotional articles. Promotional products are already getting a makeover that speaks of their multi-functionality.
The multi-purpose promotional products are the innovative way of promoting a brand. They are turning out to be preferential promotional articles. www.ideasbynet.com, a promising brand in the online supply of promotional articles showcases a plethora of multi-purpose promotional products. Their collection includes a vast array of pens, calculators, mobile phone holders, folders & bags, clothing & caps, stress toys, calendars & planners, fridge magnets, games & puzzles, confectionery, golf gifts, paper products, desktop gifts, key rings & key chains, , mugs & coasters, mouse mats, umbrellas, recycled products, torches, clocks & watches, computer accessories, and travel & accessories. All these promotional materials can be customised to make them multi-tasking. This increases the functional value of the promotional items. It also substitutes other related brand names to come in the visibility purview of the audience.
However, the promotional gifts that can be easily classified as multi-purpose promotional products without forceful customisation are most successful. For this, the add-on features should be some way related to or complementary to the usefulness of the main product. Stress toys fixed with keyrings serve as stress relievers on one hand while on the other hand they act as key holders for vehicles. Multi-ink pens with different refills make them usable for different purpose. Blue ink can be used for general writing, black for official writing, red for correcting some write-ups while green for highlighting. Table clocks with pen stands make for an excellent desktop item to be presented as promotional gift.
Conference bags having the value-added space for containing water bottle are also excellent multi-purpose promotional products. Business meetings, presentations and long-journey business tours where conference bags are a must-carry commodity, water bottles attachment saves that extra office luggage as well as quenches thirst. Recycled products like eco bags attach a non-functional value to themselves. Where serving the basic purpose of carrying things in them, they speak of the environmental and social concern the individual holds.

Promotional Products Are Powerful Business Tools
The prowess of promotional products is tested for their competency. They have proved to be one of the most powerful business tools. Efficient in promoting the brand name, they are also capable of lending an identity to the brand. A business to be successful needs proper utilisation of resources. The strategy of promoting brand awareness through promotional products saves the advertising budget of any business enterprise. Unlike the conventional modes of advertising, promotional gifts have a higher degree of impact on the minds of the target audience. They render a tangible appeal which is more long lasting than the visual effect scheduled for a restricted period of time.
The name of www.ideasbynet.com, a pre-eminent online outlet for promotional items is worth mentioning in this respect. They showcase an array of promotional products that has all the traits for enhancing business prospects. Their set of promotional articles ranges from pens, mugs & coasters, mobile phone holders, folders & bags, keyrings & key chains, clothing & caps, mouse mats, umbrellas, calendars & planners, fridge magnets, games & puzzles, confectionery, golf gifts, paper products, desktop gifts, torches, clocks & watches, computer accessories, travel & accessories, recycled products, calculators, to stress toys. Variegated types under each product line enable the clients to choose according to the purpose he/she intends to serve.
The goal of every business enterprise is to heighten its brand presence, ultimately converging into sales. To achieve this end, promotional products are used with various means. Firstly, distributing promotional products among external employees propagate the brand message. Presenting promotional gift articles to business partners, stake holders, financial creditors, and media professionals project the company name in the network they deal in. Apart from them, an important segment of external audience is the end-users. Promotional products disseminated among and through them makes for a mass awareness of the brand identity.
Now, the internal audience too is used as a conduit for generating brand visibility. This is, however, done in an implicit manner. It is an indirect approach of promulgating the branding aspect of a company. Gifting promotional items to employees send across a feeling of concern that the company possess for him/her. It acts as an acknowledgement for the staff’s endeavour shown towards the company. To this end, a word-of-mouth promotion of the brand name by the recipient is studied to be generated. It also affects positively on enhancing the quantity and quality of productivity as well. In a nutshell, promotional products promise for a multi-dimensional prospect of a company.

Promotional Products for Entertainment Industry
Entertainment industry is passing through a booming phase. More and more people are getting involved in this particular field of operation. The other side shows the intense attraction of common mass towards any mode of entertainment. Thus there are two segments of audience attached to the entertainment industry. To create awareness about a brand and its products or services among these sets of audience group, promotional products are one of the best options. Here lies a dual category of audience and thereby an increased scope to cater to an extensive consumer base. On the other hand, people engaged in the entertainment industry and those who are entertainment savvy are already exposed to a large number of brands. Therefore, to grab the attention of these audiences also becomes difficult in a way. The effective technique is to present them with promotional products related to the entertainment industry.
The approach to advertise a brand in the entertainment industry through promotional products has to be very subtle. www.ideasbynet.com, a premium online supplier of promotional gifts, has developed an apt range of promotional products for the entertainment industry. Their market specific analysis and in-depth experience is seen in their extensive collection of key rings & key chains, clothing & caps, mouse mats, umbrellas, pens, mugs & coasters, mobile phone holders, folders & bags, calendars & planners, fridge magnets, games & puzzles, confectionery, golf gifts, paper products, desktop gifts, torches, clocks & watches, calculators, stress toys, computer accessories, travel & accessories, and recycled products. All of these promotional items can be used as promotional articles for the entertainment industry, but those acutely specific for the task are as follows:
Caps are one of the promotional products that are widely used to attract the concentration of the classified audience group. Caps are preferred widely by almost all crew members on the set to prevent their hair being exposed to harsh lights. They also use caps during outdoor shootings as protection from the UV rays of the sun. Both in the print and electronic entertainment industry mugs are frequently used for drinks during breaks, serving as an effective means for promoting a brand. Umbrellas and travel accessories are also regularly brought into application during exterior and long distance shooting schedules. Paper promotional products like note pads are everyday use articles for reporters. Scripts written on note pads, act as an equivalent promotional channel for electronic media. Mobile phone holders and fridge magnets too are proficient promotional products for the entertainment industry for the general public. With the brand name and slogan printed on them, the company gains extensive exposure. This helps in creating a niche for them in the arena of entertainment.

Multimedia Promotional Products
Everybody loves a new toy. Gadgets that offer the latest in multimedia viewing technology are very popular and are among the best selling items online. Sold retail these items can cost over $100, but if you are ordering them as promotional products you can buy a whole box of them for far less than you might have expected. These products make great gifts to distribute to valued staff, high profile clients and potential new business partners.
What are multimedia promotional products?
The new iPod will play videos – everybody knows this – but they are a little too expensive to give out as promotional products, and everybody has one already. However, smaller mp4 players – a player that will play videos as well as sound – are available that can be made in many different shapes and sizes. One of the most popular options at the moment is the ‘video watch’, which features a small screen (less than 2”, but still big enough to view movies and music videos on) mounted on a sturdy wrist strap.
These items might sound cumbersome, but they are actually very light weight and comfortable. They feature simple controls and can store up to eight movies at a time – perfect for those long business trips where you just can’t bear to watch the in-flight movies for the third time that month! Executives and staff alike will love these gifts, despite the fact that they are relatively inexpensive. They are a novelty, and not something that people are likely to buy themselves, and this always makes for a great line of promotional products.
Another option that is far less common than hand-held or wrist-mounted mp4 players are mp4 glasses. These small viewers fit snugly over your eyes and use low-radiation plasma screens to give you a full 3D image of the movie you are watching. The image appears to the viewer as big as it would in a movie theater! These promotional products can be bought for under $100 and they make excellent gifts for just about anyone. They have hours of battery life and can store up to ten movies on a single removable flash memory stick!
Why Spend so Much on Promotional Products?
Promotional products are the backbone of any successful marketing campaign. A lot of companies underestimate the importance of giving out free samples and gifts, but this is a serious marketing mistake! People want to know that your company cares about them and values their part in growing your business – whatever that part might be. Giving people free gifts is the best way to show you appreciate them, and to improve the image of your company in the public and professional sectors.
When it comes to gifts handed out as promotions, you want to make sure that the gifts you give communicate the quality and dedication to your customers that you stand for. Don’t be afraid to put a little bit of thought and resources into choosing the perfect promotional products for your staff and important clients.

C-Level Relationship Selling – 4 Steps to Generate High Quality Sales Leads
1. Learn What Senior Management Perceives As Issues, Threats and/or Problems in Your Area of Expertise
My clients hire me because they all want to increase sales. So, my first consulting concept for them is look to you existing customers. But go beyond your main contact and start focusing on getting to and interviewing the C-levels and other top executives. You’ve got to learn top management’s real time issues that you can help with. These leaders can take action if they perceive a problem and you have viable options, ideas and solutions. Don’t fret about money. They have the power to create budgets and sanction ideas.
However, getting to and engaging the C-Levels in meaningful conversation will require advanced selling skills. To learn more on this look to my website http://www.takemetoyourleaders.com where you’ll find books, CDs, articles and more.
2. Renew Old Acquaintances and Start New Ones
My next consulting concept is spend time with your old customers or those you’ve lost to competitors. Start with old contacts to again learn real time issues that you might be able to help with. If you win them over, network them to their bosses and/or other associates.
Next, set up meetings with competitors’ customers you’ve never sold and finally set-up meetings with those prospects that do it all themselves – the self ops.
3. Selling Is Not Allowed Until Someone Wants to Be Sold
With all of these people your primary goal is to learn real time issues in your areas of expertise. Try not to sell or promote in these initial visits. You know it’s not a one-call sale. So make it a rich experience rather than an “up and out”. Non-selling is so critical, especially in this recessionary period because everyone will say they can’t afford to do anything and if you get someone to that point, you’re dead in the water. For now all you really need to know is whether or not there’s potential. In other words, do the senior people have issues that your services can handle? Forget about budget for now. As mentioned above, if they see an answer to what they perceive to be a problem, threat or issue, they will find money.
Now during these conversations, if they don’t mention areas you think should be of interest, offer ideas, but test only to see if they feel it’s a problem. Be careful here. It’s not relevant that you feel they should be interested. Don’t push. Later you’ll use this information to prioritize and set-up a game plan.
Always end the meetings by confirming the issues they discussed and then saying something like, “We have a lot of capabilities in this area and have helped others similar to you. So if you’re interested, I’d like to prepare some ideas and come back to show how we can help you with….” “Would you be interested in hearing more on this?” Be sure they say they want you to come back. If not, don’t push. You only want those that realize they have a problem and want to learn more about solving it. You’re not there to generate new problems for them or use proposals to generate interest.
4. Know the Components of Your Market - Size and Share – Before You Pursue It
From the above meetings with your existing, old or lost customers, your competitors’ customers, and the self-ops, you’ll get an initial idea of the real potential of your market, how much of the market you sell, how much your competitors sell, and what’s unsold for all your products and services - by region and by customer. This will then become your focus.
This exercise and these meetings may sound like too much work and unnecessary, but you have to know what’s out there today before you can effectively pursue it. If you read my previous article on Generating More Sales, you’ll remember I said to spend 50% of your selling time on existing customers, 30% on old or lost and 20% on new prospects. These meeting are most of what you should be doing with that time.
In my next article, I describe how to qualify and prioritize to build your matrix of high potential opportunities. Following articles will show how to set-up action /energy plans for the most probable pursuits. But if you can’t wait or you missed the previous, see my feature article series C-Level Selling Means Generating More Sales at this link or the one above.
And now I invite you to

Promotional Products - A Solution to Build Business Relationships
Gifts, be it of any value, have the wonderful power to nurture ever-lasting impression on the recipients. Promotional products are no different and that’s why companies rely on it to build business relationships with their clientele. Promotional gifts allow companies to show their gratitude and in turn impress their clientele to create long-lasting impact and exposure for their brands.
Promotional gifts have a longer impact on the customers in comparison to other mediums of advertisements. They outshine the advertisements in bringing recognition to a brand. The effect of a commercial on a consumer in print and electronic media dies out soon. Promotional products, on the other hand, stay with the consumer for a long time as a substantial testimony of the company’s admiration towards him. As long as the product is with the customer and is in use he is reminded of the company which has gifted him that product. The longer the products stay with the customer, the greater impact it creates for the brands. There are varieties of promotional gifts which can be used by companies to impress their consumers. You can shop for such products from our online shop at www.ideasbynet.com.
What is the reason behind the phenomenal success of the promotional products It is the psychological effect that these products have on the buyer. The customer associates the various products and services of the company with the promotional gifts. Then the occasion of gifting such as the seminar or any other event comes in to his mind. These incidents conjure up positive sentiments in the minds of a consumer for the company. The intensity of this feeling can be greatly increased by distributing printed promotional gifts to the consumers. You can print your company name, name of your popular brands or the company logo with a message and gift it to your customers.
The selection of the gift is the most important aspect and therefore it should never be done in haste. Companies should analyse their customer segment before picking up the promotional items for their brand promotions. Before gifting promotional products to your customer, plan your promotional strategy wisely. Think of promotional products that are capable of giving the best returns on investment. Consider the utility, quality and attention-grabbing power of the promotional products. The market in UK is filled with suppliers who can supply you with eye-catching and attractive promotional gifts. You can take our help of Ideasbynet in choosing the right gift for your patron from our enormous compilation of exclusive but cost-effective promotional products. Why Your Ebooks Are Not Selling
Have you written an ebook recently? Do you want to make more money with it? The best way to make more money with your ebook is by selling more copies of your ebook!
If your ebook is not selling as well as you would like (or if it is not selling at all), you are not alone. Every week solopreneurs contact me to ask for help with marketing their ebooks. Here are two of the most common stories of ebooks not selling:
- A service professional has spent hundreds of hours writing an interesting e-book, had a copywriter create a sales letter for the e-book and put the e-book up for sale on the web site. It has been a year since the e-book was released, and the service professional has sold a grand total of two copies. He has invested a lot of time and money into the e-book and wants to get some return on that investment. What should he do now?
- A coach has seen many of her colleagues release e-books. She decided to do the same thing. She has created an e-book put it up on her web site. She has posted information about the ebook on a few coaching lists, but no one is coming to check out the e-book on her web site. How can she get people to at least come to check out the e-book on her web site?
Does this sound familiar? If your ebooks are not selling, you are not alone. Many service professionals have told me that they have spent many hours creating an ebook, only to post it on their web site and find out that it is not selling.
Do you want to know why this is happening and how to prevent this from happening to your ebook? Here is how:
- Your target market may not even be interested in the ebook. Sometimes service professionals are too excited about the idea that they create an ebook without finding out if their target market is interested in buying it.
Remember, your target market must want to buy your ebook in order for the ebook to sell and make you money. Before you invest time and money into an idea, survey your target market and make sure that the topic for your product resonates with your target audience.
- Your ebook is not priced for the target market. This is a common mistake that I see service professionals make. Many service professionals underprice their ebooks, thinking that they will get more sales by doing this.
Unfortunately, this is not true. Since the ebook has many benefits and a low price, your potential customers doubt that what you are promising them is true. Great benefits and a low price usually sound too good to be true. Therefore, many people just pass on your great offer. Instead, these people buy from someone else who sells their ebooks at a higher price.
Many times I have seen that sales of ebooks have gone up once the price was increased. Spend some time on researching your product pricing; this is a very crucial part of your overall ebook marketing plan.
- You do not market your product effectively. Many solopreneurs put up a product on their web site and expect it to sell. The truth is that a product will not sell on its own. To have consistent product sales you need to drive web site traffic to your product page every single day.
If you want to earn money with your e-books and teleseminars, make sure that your target market is interested in buying them, price your products correctly and market them effectively.

Fear and Opposition to Changes in Poems of Gwen Harwood
Gwen Harwood shows in her poem “Father and Child” the ways change, and knowledge amassed through change, influence on the life of the individual and the world surrounding them. As the persona gets older and wiser and the coming death of her father, Harwood describes aspects of change by showing the grown child’s understanding that memory and love can let people accept and withstand with death. This comes with personal painful realizing that death of her father will be agonizing and that the tears she shed in her childhood are helpless in the face of her father’s death. “Father and Child” explores the way from chastity to experience; from ignorance to knowledge; from the time she was a child to the time when she is an adult, and interlaces the past and the present while exposing the great effects change has on an individual as he or she discloses more about herself and their world that surrounds them.
Many aspects of life cause change, and one of them is motherhood. Gwen Harwood’s sonnet “In the Park” depicts a woman’s opposition to her changed self. When the woman meets her lover from the past, she is made confront how she has changed. The enjambment intensifies that this is her current reality that is changed. The slow hypocritical monotonous tone applied by Harwood shows the woman’s depressive state, which has appeared through her understanding that she and her life differ, and that once choices are made, they are unalterable. It also reveals her aggravation and cynicism at being opposed to a changed self. She is a mother, her clothing is outdated and she has no freedom anymore. Unlike the lover from the pats she can not just leave everything and walk away; she is entrapped and disappointed nursing her baby.

Natural and Moral Evil
Saint Thomas Aquinas in his book Summa Theologica writes that God in creation of our world does not will evil. Evil consists in absence of good and is not something that can be willed. We call evil anything that does not have an appropriate goodness. So in seeing that human beings are not boundlessly good, then there will be a lack of goodness and as a result evil will come to be. As a consequence contingent beings are the creators of evil for God gave us free actions, and therefore we can choose without goodness, creating moral evil. Evil exists in two forms: natural evil and moral one. Moral evil is the most horrifying and depraved of evils because it makes one of God’s creatures knowingly choose against virtue and commit an immoral act. This form of evil is the hardest for Aquinas to rationalize because human beings naturally ask why God would create a world where such evil has place. Natural evil is easier to explain because it is a shortage of an appropriate good in out universe. To have a baby born disfigured is a natural evil for no action was taken upon the baby from the direction of contingent beings, but still the baby came into the world lacking the natural virtue of a fully functioning body.
Aquinas in his book demonstrates us how necessity can cause contingency, and how evil becomes apparent by our shortage of goodness. Consequently appears a question: what is the aim of evil? Why would God create a world of human beings where evil is so conspicuous. Why do we have to live in a world of evil and atrocities? Why didn’t God will a world with moderate evil or without it at all? For God is omniscient, he knew that our world would become as evil as it is, so evil must serve some goal of God.

The Consequences of Motherhood in the Sonnet of G. Harwood In the Park
In the sonnet of Gwen Harwood “In the Park” the dialogue between the mother and her lover from the past makes the responder identify that time changed. The love has disappeared just as their conversation has diminished to empty, false truism and clichés. Harwood also applies light to communicate emotion; the mother and her former lover are standing in flickering light, showing the pairs splitting relationship. The sonnet reveals the changes that have happened within the persona’s world, showed through the description of motherhood and later, the effects of this on her-self. Mother says, that they have eaten her alive. This phrase quite obviously does not have literal meaning rather is hyperbole that shows the woman’s irritation and self pity after the embarrassing meeting with her former lover. The change in self is investigated through the great loss of freedom by the mother and the reality that her former lover can go on, Harwood describes the lover with his neat head and departing smile which is compared with the outdated clothing of the mother who is a slave of domestic drudgery.
In contrast to other poems belonging to Gwen Harwood “In the Park” observes the results of motherhood for one’s world and self, rather than the changes met on one’s way from childhood to adulthood, and the consequences of growing up, which the author explored in her poems “The Glass Jar” and “Father and Child”. “In the Park” explores the realization of change in self, and the results of choices made by the persona with their lives and world. In this sonnet the main character – the mother realizes that can not turn back the hands of time and make other choices and consequently change her life and her world, she has done what she has done and she will have to live further.

The Idea of Controlling Change
Aspects of change both emotional and physical in our world and fear connected with it are analyzed in “The Door”. It is a short poem written by Miroslav Holub. Holub analyzes the idea of overcoming comfort zones to feel change. It is illusory simple, but successful in depicting this changed self through appealing to ones fear and getting beyond ones conventions. Holub efficaciously describes a dramatic monologue in which the responder is involved in the poem and directly impelled to “go and open the door”. The constant repetition of this phrase transfers the change in self-enforced by following a simple direction. However this direction is not frightening and the speaker maintains the role of a helping mediator. The way Holub applies this cajoling tone stresses the message of change by evoking the curiosities of the responder to act following their instincts. The soothing tone applied lessens any fear of doubts had by the responder and any unrest felt is allayed by the repetition of “even if”.
The absence of these fears lets the responder act, open the door that obstructs the way to the outside world and in such a way change their world. The persuasive, emotive references to worldly sights that are usually taken for granted make the scene seem innocent and non-threatening and efficaciously capture the intonations of the spoken voice while again with success impelling the responder to capture the impulse to change. The unregulated structure united with simple terminology destroys the obstacles to action, soothing and calming the anxieties felt by the responder, emphasizing that change is only apparent after a person decides to take part in an activity or thought that initiates the message of fear and change. “The Door” analyzes the idea of controlling change and its alterations that form our understanding of ourselves and the world.

Hitler the Man of Ideals or Ruthless Dictator
Nowadays as everybody knows we have unprincipled politicians that are elected and to be sure many are in actual fact narrow-minded and boastful, and many prefer a whim to their ideals in order to suffice the general public, but democracy is still the best system that gives maximum freedom to the population this kind of government resides over. However, the statements presented by Hitler in his book Mein Kampf against democracy are very believable, and at the very least is likely to be the cause of individual failing an unanimous political direction to accept his statements. Since many were discontented with the Republic in Germany in the 1920s, and many of those people who were discontented had no real political persuasions. It is very easy to see how Hitler permeated the minds of many of these people with his ideological style. Besides, when some historians talk about Hitler calling him a genius, this is one example which willingly supports that claim.
By reading the book Mein Kampf and getting knowledge of Hitler’s viewpoint concerning nationalism it is easy to clear up the reason why it became so important to Hitler to occupy other nations and mainly try to capture all of Europe in the end, if not the whole world. He speaks of the ground of the land and its significance to the surviving of a race or nation, and consequently suggests only one method which consists in giving only one nation or race enough ground to grow its crops and have food for its own people. He disputes the inland colonization referring to the idea as self-destruction as those people having more land would ultimately have to share with those people who had little land and in such a way creating sorrow and separation within the same race or nation.

Hitler Talks about Politicians
In his book Mein Kampf Hitler talks about politicians within the democratic scheme as changing their beliefs on a vagary when public sensibility prescribes them to do so. This is a field of Western Democracy and Democracy generally which Hitler totally disdained. Hitler esteemed those who had own genuine ideals and moreover those who adhered to their ideals irrespective of the majority of public felt of those ideals. He thought if one were to heedfully craft of their own ideals from their experiences, history and certain philosophical and political works, then the person would have no need to be afraid that his ideals and following ideology based on those ideals could ever be considered false or devoid of merit. However, it would be interesting to mention that Hitler did condemn some of ideological assertions that are introduced in Mein Kampf during his fight to become Chancellor, though most of things his condemned had almost nothing common with the major ideals of his general philosophy.
Hitler Condemned those things which he thought would be offensive for the German people, it was not a response on to actual German sentiment. Nevertheless the ability to uphold a political stand or the whole ideology in the face of bad atmosphere is something Hitler believed the politicians of Western Democracy and Democracy in general did not have. Their so-called ideals did not have any merit and consequently to modify these ideals in the face of public inquiry was no challenge whatever. Plainly all statements presented by Hitler were destined to argue against the presence of a democracy. While many of these statements presented by Hitler referring to real aims of politicians may be true even nowadays, but in spite of this democracy is considered by many people to be the best form of government for any country.

Moral Dilemma of Duty in the Essay Bhagadav-Gita
The first chapter of the essay Bhagavad-Gita tells about a moral problem of Duty of the character Arjuna. The character Krsna tries to help Arjuna solve the moral problem. Krsna persuades Arjuna to struggle in a bloody civil war by using the ideas of Samkhya Wisdom, bhakti yoga and Karma Yoga. In this essay a try will be made to demonstrate that Krsna does not manage to morally justify the war in he and Arjuna are about to struggle. We will study each idea and show how Krsna’s use of these ideas fails to make a moral justification for the fight.
Arjuna is a potent archer riding in a chariot and Krsna is its pilot. A fight is about to happen and it is going to define the fate of a nation. Three successive generations of the governing family have been passed over for the throne for different reasons to a family of close relationships. Arjuna’s brother is the commander of the army attempting to dethrone the current patriarch. Arjuna’s cousin, the ruling king, is struggling to hold onto the throne which was passed to him from his father and grand father. Now two sides of the family are struggling to find out who will govern the nation.
Arjuna examines the morality of a civil war in which he will have fight against his friends and relatives. He says that those people for whose good they want kingdom, enjoyment and pleasures, they are here in struggle, relinquishing their lives and riches. Arjuna then continues to argue that booties to be won from such a fight are not worth the demolition which will need to happen to his army to gain the victory. He states that all the wealth contained in three worlds would not be ample to justify killing of friends and family gathered on the battle field.

The Concept of Samkya Wisdom in the Essay Bhagavad-Gita
The essay Bhagavad-Gita tells about the archer Arjuna who is facing a moral dilemma: if he does not struggle, he will not achieve the duty of his warrior position, and if he struggles, the bad consequences will come from this decision into many other parts of society. The main character is trapped between his duty as a warrior and to his brother to take part in the civil war and the love he has to his fellow citizens.
Krishna who is piloting Arjuna’s chariot, makes attempts to convince the archer to take part in the battle, grounded on three ideas: Bhakti, Samkya Wsdom and Karma Yoga. Krishna advances arguments in favor of Arjuna’s participation in the war. The first argument Krsna applied to make an attempt and convince Arjuna is the idea of Sakya Wisdom. The dialog begins with Krishna attempting to shame the archer out of his feelings of woe at the loss of the loved people. Krishna says that wise people do not sorrow over those who are dead as well over those who live. He says that Arjuna should not be afraid of his own death and death of anybody else on the battle field for in reality nothing and nobody dies or is born, we can only exist. Krishna says that there was never such time when he was not, nor Arjuna, nor will ever come the time when he and others will stop being. Consequently, according to Krishna’s views, there is no difference between dieing now in the civil war or some time later in a less brutal and violent manner. If all the warriors have always been and will continue to exist so irrespective of the fate of their physical bodies, the consequences Arjuna worried about, of the death of his family and friends, are being laid away.

The Steganographick Collection is a very interesting document in itself. But also the other famous works called The Hypnertomachia Poliphilia and the
Introduction
In recent years the usage of natural dyes and colors for fabric dyeing has witnessed its revival due to hazardous experience due to effects of synthetic dyes and chemicals. The natural dyes are eco-friendly, harmless and non-toxic in nature. Also, the usage of renewable sources of energy in textile and apparel industry has been increased due to many advantages associated with it. Solar energy usage for dyeing purpose is a cost effective method. In hot countries like India, the sun shines bright for 60% of the day, using solar energy to dye silk fabric with turmeric dye is cheap and environment friendly method.
Things required
There are certain things required in order to dye the silk with turmeric dye which are listed as follows- turmeric plant stems, raw silk fabric yarn, diluted nitric & acetic acid and mordants like alum & stannous chloride.
Before applying the dye to the fabric the process of removing sericin from silk is done. Here the silk fabric is first treated with ezee kept in it for approximately one hour then washed and dried. This whole process is known as degumming.
Enhancing of dyeing parameters
To dye the silk fabric with turmeric dyes certain procedures are to be followed. The dye dilution, the time taken for its extraction, time for dyeing, amount of mordant used and mordanting process are to be taken care of to result into turmeric dyed silk fabrics which is evenly dyed with no color patches or differences in shade.
Not only yellow color is produced through dyeing with turmeric dyeing but also many other colors are produced when turmeric dye is mixed with other colors, like - orange, green, blue color with addition of indigo and red color with addition of safflowers and mango rind.
You might think how both red and yellow colors are produced through turmeric dye in its original form, the answer lies in the type of liquid used for concentration. When the solution is prepared in acidic liquid it would produce yellow dye and when alkali liquid is used it would produce red dye.
Time for dye extraction:
In order to extract the dye, aqueous mode is utilized. The dye is examined for its evenness and color shade by quality control supervisors before applying to the fabric. The turmeric powder is which is one gram is diluted with 100 ml of water. Four such solutions are prepared. Each one is boiled for four different time period i.e. 20, 40, 60 and 80 minutes in a solar cooker.
Time taken for dyeing:
The optimum dye solution is utilized to standardize the dye concentration. The dyes undergo the procedure of absorption in the solar cooker time ranging from 30-180 minutes. The absorption power of the silk fabric determines the dyeing time
Concentration of acid:
The two acids used for dilution are acetic and nitric acid. From each of diluted acid, 20 ml is mixed into the dye bath. The dyes are examined for their absorption power. This examination is done visually.
Mordants usage:
The mordants discussed earlier Alum and Stannous chloride are used here. The process of dyeing and mordanting are done together. Both these mordants are mixed with water which results into optimized mordants.
Procedure for mordanting:
There are two methods in mordanting premordanting and postmordanting. The pre-requisite of this process is to keep other things like dyeing time, acid concentration, etc. steady. By looking at the dyes the method of mordanting i.e. pre or postmordanting to be used is decided.
They are also categorized by the generations as they were produced in the different years and known as first generation, second generation, third generation or fourth generation fibres. This is given in the below chart:
